EntrepreLaw seeks to help make the legal side of your business as painless as possible. You have enough to worry about.

We believe that your law firm should be reasonably priced, without you sacrificing in any way the quality of the legal services that you receive.

We do try to keep the quantity of legal services down, because that reduces your cost.

1. You will not find a beginning attorney here learning his or her trade at your expense.
2. You will not pay for the services of an experienced attorney to correct or improve a beginning attorney's work for you.

You will find that the quality of legal services that EntrepreLaw offers is of the highest order. Blowing one's own trumpet is unseemly. But we do encourage you to review our bios, referenced below left.

We cannot fill all of your legal needs. But we have relationships with some of the most respected lawyers in Silicon Valley and Paris in complementary practice areas: e.g. patent prosecution, litigation, running your IPO (we can and do help you prepare for an IPO).

Network and Referrals

We know that business needs expertise and ability that complements our own. While your lawyers are a key part of helping you business, you will need other specialized help.

If you wish, we can refer you to experts in business development, product development, product marketing, supply chain management, contract manufacturing and outsourcing, to give just a few examples.

And of course, we can refer you to experts in various IP domains, such as system architecture, systems integration or internet security.

We have also developed a useful network of angels, VCs and other investors, accountants, insurance providers and other professionals dedicated to helping build successful companies.
