EntrepreLaw is a newly-formed law firm, but our founding attorneys have collectively decades of experience practicing corporate law in Europe.

We have advised on dozens of major international M&A transactions and joint ventures centered in Europe, some measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Most of the law firms that US corporations engage to do their deals in Europe offer the client their US lawyer in the US, and his or her European colleague in Europe. Neither will have the same extensive professional experience in both the US and Europe as we have.
